Chris Shaw 

Founder and personal trainer

Chris has 20 years experience in the sports industry as a world class white-water kayak coach and personal trainer. He's coached internationally-competitive athletes, Team GB members, politicians, and even the Prime Minister's children. Chris prides himself on his coaching abilities to perfect his client's technique. He brings a fun and personal approach to sessions, working to the pace of his clients and pushing when it's needed. He also promises to never shout! (That costs extra).Away from the studio, Chris runs a Community Interest Company - And Fitness For All - a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to giving back and bringing fitness and sporting opportunities to those most in need. 

Braulio

Personal trainer

Braulio is the other trainer here at TC Fitness. Originally from Ecuador, he brings an unparalleled level of enthusiasm. Having suffered from scoliosis in his youth Braulio successfully rehabilitated himself which led to his career in fitness, bringing a desire to help others through sports and manual therapy. Having spent 8 years as a PT, he is currently completing his studies for a degree in Sport Rehabilitation. Braulio has worked with numerous Rugby teams, Aldershot Town FC and now... you!

A welcoming studio in Tooting

The studio is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximise your fitness potential. 

 

We exclusively use Wolverson Kettlebells, Olympic Weights and Conditioning equipment - no need to go elsewhere when you can go to the best. Unlike other big box gyms, we use the best equipment, and are constantly re-investing in the space and adapting equipment to the different needs of our client base.
