I'd like to try out a class. Can I come down?
Sure, email us or give us a call and we can arrange a suitable time for you to come down, join in a class, meet the crew and have some fun.
I haven't trained much before - will I be okay?
Yes! We all start our fitness journey somewhere. All our sessions are tailored to those who participate. Our experienced trainers are on hand to help you, and to ensure your time at the studio is as comfortable and enjoyable as can be.
Are you open everyday?
Our classes run Monday - Saturday in the morning and evening. On Sundays we invite all our clients to join an online stretching class to supplement their studio training. The hour long class is led by a renowned stretch therapist.
How long are sessions?
All sessions are 50 minutes.
