TC Fitness is Now a HYROX Affiliate Training Centre in Tooting
We’re excited to announce that Taking Care Of Fitness is now an official HYROX Affiliate Training Centre in Tooting.
HYROX has become one of the fastest growing fitness events in the world, combining strength training, functional workouts and running into a unique race format that challenges both endurance and overall fitness.
At TC Fitness, right next to Tooting Bec Station, our HYROX-style training sessions are designed to help people build strength, improve fitness and enjoy structured workouts in a supportive group environment.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional training exercises such as sled pushes, rowing, farmer carries and wall balls.
The race format is the same around the world, with participants completing a series of running intervals and workout stations.
But you don’t need to be an elite athlete to start training for HYROX. Many people simply enjoy the style of training because it combines strength, conditioning and endurance into one varied workout.
HYROX Training in Tooting
As a HYROX Affiliate Training Centre in South London, TC Fitness offers hybrid training sessions inspired by the movements and workouts used in HYROX events.
